Penn Manor Chess Team practice will begin this very afternoon in the Library after school. See Mr. Yearsley in the counseling office if you have any questions.
FFA Fruit Orders are due November 3rd. Please submit them to an Ag Teacher on that date – no exceptions. Fruit will be delivered on November 18th, please make arrangements now.
Attention Seniors: Applications for Prom Committee are located in the main office. If you are interested and have participated in at least one fundraiser for your class, pick one up and return it by Friday, November 6. Thanks!
Attention class of 2017 it’s time to kick off the year with some doughnuts!! As a class we’re doing a Krispy Kreme fundraiser and we need your participation. If you did not receive a order form in homeroom you can pick one up in the counseling office. Any questions see Brooke DeBerdine, Sarah Ament, Alyssa Ames, Lynsey Wissler or Justin Robinson. Thanks and sell sell sell!! Completed tally order forms are due back to the counseling office by November 12th with payment. Checks should be made payable to the PMHS-Class of 2017.
Attention all junior and senior girls: On Thursday, November 19th 2015 at 6:00 p.m. the Penn Manor Varsity Club will hold its annual “Powder Puff” flag football game for junior and senior girls. The game will be played under the lights on Penn Manor’s football field. There will be a meeting this Thursday, November 5th, during Homeroom in the Auditorium for all girls interested in playing. Forms can be picked up and returned in the main office.
Students who are taking French in the spring, please see Mrs. Klingman in room 210 for Quebec trip information. Penn Manor is planning a foreign language trip to Quebec City and Montreal in April.
CONGRATULATIONS to JOEL BURKHOLDER and DOUG KRAMER for qualifying for the PIAA State Cross Country Championship Meet! Doug finished 14th and Joel was 18th at the District 3 Championships this past weekend in Big Springs.
The boys will race against the best competition in the state this weekend in Hershey. Good Luck to Joel Burkholder and Doug Kramer!
