9th, 10th, and 11th graders: If you want to attend the West Chester University College Info Session on Tuesday next week, sign-up online today.

Attention class of 2017 it’s time to kick off the year with some doughnuts!! As a class we’re doing a Krispy Kreme fundraiser and we need your participation. If you did not receive a order form in homeroom you can pick one up in the counseling office. Any questions see Brooke DeBerdine, Sarah Ament, Alyssa Ames, Lynsey Wissler or Justin Robinson. Thanks and sell sell sell!! Completed tally order forms are due back to the counseling office by November 12th with payment. Checks should be made payable to the PMHS-Class of 2017.

Students who are taking French in the spring, please see Mrs. Klingman in room 210 for Quebec trip information. Penn Manor is planning a foreign language trip to Quebec City and Montreal in April.

‘Tis the season for giving! Next Tuesday, November 10th, in room 246 during homeroom, there will be an opportunity to package shoeboxes for kids in other countries who do not have the privilege of receiving Christmas gifts every year. If you would like to join in on the event, hosted by First Priority Christian Club, please contact Bekah Meyers, Juliet Gordon, Claudia Heitland, Tara Kinser, Jenna Flatley, or Mrs. Rottmund via student emails or text Bekah Meyers at (717) 314-6927. If you can not come to the event, but would still like to contribute to the cause, any toys, schools supplies, non-liquid hygiene items, accessories, batteries, etc. may be brought to the office and placed in the box labeled “OCC”

Sophomores: This is just a reminder that your Gertrude Hawk candy sale forms and money are due TODAY, November 6 to Ms. Mercadante in room 321 or Mrs. Mayo in room 323. Please be sure to have your check made out to Penn Manor Class of 2018. Thank you!

Attention students going on the New York City trip to see Something Rotten! next Wednesday. The bus is now FULL. Please make sure to turn your field trip forms into Mrs. Mintzer, Mrs. May, or Mrs. Murphy by today.

Attention all boys playing lacrosse this spring; join us on Tuesday November 10th at 3:00pm in room # 389 for a brief information meeting. All boys interested are encouraged to attend regardless of experience; returning players are expected to attend.

The Weight Room will be closed after school today.

Attention 10th and 11th graders PA Governor’s School held an information night the other evening. Applications for the Pennsylvania School of Global Entrepreneurship and the University of Pittsburgh Health Careers Scholar Academy are available in the counseling office. Please stop by to pick one up if you are interested.

Students interested in going to the Penn Manor Field Hockey game on Saturday, November 7th…we need 30 students to sign up to take a bus to the game. Stop by the Athletic Office and sign up today!

Winter Athletic Programs start November 16th. If you are interested in trying out for the Boys or Girls Basketball Team, Swimming Team, Wrestling Team or the Bowling Team stop by the Athletic Director’s office to get information.

There will be a winter track meeting Tuesday November 10th at 3 p.m. in the cafeteria. Please see coach Myers in room 309 with any questions.
