Attention class of 2017 it’s time to kick off the year with some doughnuts!! As a class we’re doing a Krispy Kreme fundraiser and we need your participation. If you did not receive a order form in homeroom you can pick one up in the counseling office. Any questions see Brooke DeBerdine, Sarah Ament, Alyssa Ames, Lynsey Wissler or Justin Robinson. Thanks and sell sell sell!! Completed tally order forms are due back to the counseling office by November 12th with payment. Checks should be made payable to the PMHS-Class of 2017.

Attention seniors: If you have not ordered your cap and gown you have until November 13 to order at the current price. After midnight on November 13, the price of the cap and gown will increase to $55.00. To place your order you must order online at www.highschool.herffjones.com

Look up! The class of 2019 is selling brownies from the balcony overlooking the cafeteria during all lunches. These delicious treats are only 2 for $1.00! Satisfy your sweet tooth and support the freshman class at the same time.

Want to complete one year of a college degree from Thaddeus Stevens while you are still in high school? Attend the Information Session for Thaddeus Stevens Early Enrollment Program on December 2nd. Sign up on the counseling blog or see your school counselor for more information.

Attention students: If you are interested in working with students with disabilities and or could use some more community service hours the IM ABLE Foundation is partnering with Spooky Nook Sports to implement fitness class for individuals with disabilities on a weekly basis until December. Classes will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 5-6. Stop by counseling office to pick up information in the volunteer file.

Wrestlers: This is just a reminder that there is no open gym today, and you need your physical paper for practice on Monday.

Attention Seniors, if you are interested in going into the workforce directly after graduation- Ready2Work is a program that offers the training and skills that will help increase your employability. Ready2work is at no cost to students and offers courses where you will learn universal skills that employers often look for! If interested, please see your counselor for more information.

The final sign up for Rec Basketball will be held on Monday, November 23rd in the high school cafeteria from 6 to 8 PM. Failure to register at this time may result in being unable to play this year. Information sheets can be picked up in the office.
