Parents are invited to attend our Safe Schools Night on Monday, November 23 at 6:30 PM in the high school auditorium. John Baker, safety and security manager for IU 13, will be discussing strategies students and staff can use in case of an emergency. Members of the Penn Manor administration will be in attendance to answer questions. Please check out the high school website for more details.

Now it’s time to order tickets and make plans to see our show next weekend! The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee will be preformed on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM and also 2:00 for a Saturday matinee. Go to the PM Theatre Blog for a link to order tickets online, or stop by our table next week! We hope to see you spelling with us next weekend.
If you sold Thanksgiving fruit it will arrive November 18th. Please make arrangements now to pick up your fruit from 2:30-9:30pm that day. All cookie dough orders are also due November 18th with no exceptions. Please turn those in to an ag teacher.
The final sign up for Rec Basketball will be held on Monday, November 23rd in the high school cafeteria from 6 to 8 PM. Failure to register at this time may result in being unable to play this year. Information sheets can be picked up in the office.
Attention Seniors, if you are interested in going into the workforce directly after graduation- Ready2Work is a program that offers the training and skills that will help increase your employability. Ready2work is at no cost to students and offers courses where you will learn universal skills that employers often look for! If interested, please see your counselor for more information.
Anyone interested in winter track who missed the meeting may pick up information from coach Myers in room 309.
Students who would like to go on the Quebec City and Montreal trip: Please turn in your white reservation forms THIS WEEK. Deposits are due Dec. 1. See Mrs. Klingaman if you are interested in traveling to Quebec in April.
Attention Senior Boys! Do you look up to Miss America? Do you wish you could strut across a stage proving you are Penn Manor’s finest man? We have the competition for you! Student Council is sponsoring a Mr. Penn Manor Pageant. We are taking senior boy applicants from now until Thanksgiving break! You can pick up and return a form to Mrs. Kramer, CeCe Minnick, Angie Wood, Eric Snyder, or Emma Barley. It will be an experience you will never forget!
