Student Council is hosting a MiniTHON dodgeball tournament on December 23rd!Student teams, as well as, Faculty teams are not only welcome but encouraged!!! Registration papers are located in the main office. Teams can consist of 7-10 players and cost is $5 per player. See you there and good luck
Girls Soccer is currently selling tickets to their spaghetti dinner fundraiser. This will be held on Friday, January 22 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm in the cafeteria. Tickets are $7.00. If you buy a ticket for the dinner you will get into the boys’ basketball game that night against Manheim Twp for free. Please see any girls’ soccer player to get a ticket.
Students interested in a career regarding engineering or architecture, Entech is once again hosting an Exploring Engineering Post from January to May. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the fields through monthly hands-on activities, tours and discussions led by industry professionals. A information meeting will be held December 15th and 7PM. Stop by the counseling office for more information.
Reminder to Dual Enrollment students: If you took a fall dual enrollment course, please share your final grade with your school counselor to receive credit. Your grade must also be on your scholarship application, due December 22nd. Students planning on taking a spring dual enrollment course, do not forget to bring proof of enrollment to your school counselor to finalize it in your spring schedule.
Seniors interested in taking a course Spring Dual Enrollment course Franklin and Marshal College, please see your school counselor or Ms. Bookman for an F&M dual enrollment application. Applications will be due by next Tuesday, the 22nd.
Many people in our community go through winter without coats to stay warm. FCCLA will be holding the coat drive starting on today, through Friday, . All sizes from infant to adult , new and gently used are welcomed. They are also collecting hats, scarfs, snow boots and other winter apparel. The first block that collects with most will receive a breakfast treat. These coats will collected in memory of Gregory Frey, a former Penn Manor student We hope you will consider participating. French students who ordered pastries and candles: pick up your pastries and candles in Mrs. Klingaman’s room at the end of block 4 Thursday.
