Please come out to Isaac’s on Centerville Road on February 11 any time between 5-9pm for Tri-M date night! You don’t have to bring a date, bring anyone! Family, friends, neighbors, all are welcome to support your Penn Manor Tri-M Chapter. All proceeds will be given to the Music For Everyone. Please come out and show off your comet pride!
There will be a spring track meeting on Wednesday February 10th at 6 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria for athletes and parents. Come out and meet the coaching staff and learn about spring track and field. Please see coach Myers in room 309 if you have any questions.
Students interested in wildlife, fisheries and habitat conservation– the Wildlife Leadership academy is now seeking applicants to become certified ambassadors where they can receive college credit along with the opportunity for scholarships. Students MUST be nominated and can ask their teachers to do this when looking to apply. Visit the counseling blog for more information.
Don’t break the hearts or the bank with FCCLA’s annual chocolate covered strawberry and pretzel sale. Look for the strawberries in each stairwell to pick up order forms. All forms are due, along with money, by Tuesday, February 9th to Mrs. Sheerer room 234 or to office. Delivery will be on Friday, February 12th- 2nd block. If you have any questions contact Mrs. Sheerer.
Attention FFA Members: Awards interview night has been moved to Thursday, February 25th. Award applications will be due by 3 PM that day. Time is being offered during homeroom for students to work on applications. Please sign out for homeroom with Mr. Fellenbaum if you need help getting started or working on your applications.
The weight room will not be open after school today.
JUNIORS— Did you register for the March SAT? February 5th is the deadline. Please set aside time to get registered. Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch should stop in the counseling office to request a fee waiver! Don’t delay!
Join spring fling crew and get a free t-shirt! This is a great resumé builder and a lot of fun. Pick up applications in the main office or see coordinators: Morgan Edwards, Will Forrey, Amanda Dicamillo or Cameron Lovett for one. All applications should be returned to the main office or the coordinators no later than February 12.
Students interested in studying ecology or entrepreneurship, Susquehanna University will be holding programs over the summer where you will be able to live on campus for a week and gain hands on experience in the field. For more information, please visit the counseling blog.
