Are you planning on attending MiniTHON on April 15th? If so, please register by signing up on our donor page and paying the $20 registration fee to Mrs. Kramer or the box in the main office. This is separate from the donation page of $75. Checks can be made payable to “PMHS Student Council”, please make sure your name is indicated on the check or money.

The Penn Manor Tri-M Music Honor Society will be hosting it’s second annual Zumbathon right here at the high school! Zumbathon will be on SATURDAY, March 19th at the New Gym from 11-2 pm. There will be zumba, raffles, a 50/50 raffle, and drinks and snacks available for purchase. Please invite your family and friends to come out, all proceeds will go to the Mini thon and the Music for Everyone Organization. Come out and show your comet pride to help this great cause! Tickets will be on sale at the door and during the upcoming week at all lunches.

Attention Penn Manor! ETPM is here! Please sign up for a time slot outside the Auditorium. Be ready to audition with your talent on March 21, 22, and 23rd right after school.

Do you want to help fight childhood cancer and help make a difference? Do you like to walk, jog and run? Please come out to the Bunny Hop 5k For the Kids. All of the money raised will go to the four diamonds fund. Check out the signs around the school and scan the QR code. Sign up soon to guarantee yourself a t-shirt.

On March 19, 2016 there will be a Sports Medicine conference held at the Manheim Township High School. Top local professionals involved in sports medicine related fields will discuss their work, their education and career path, expected salary ranges and opportunities for high school students. This conference is primarily geared towards high school students interested in pursuing a career in sports medicine, however, all ages are welcome. Pre-registration is encouraged through the link below. The conference is scheduled to run from 10a-12p. Please visit the counseling office to pick up a flyer.

Attention Seniors: If you believe you fulfill the requirements to graduate with Honors please check with your homeroom teacher to confirm that your name is on the “Students Planning to Graduate with Honors” List during homeroom on March 15,16,and 17th! If there are any discrepancies please see your counselor right away.

All National Honor Society Members, It is time to start selling tickets for the Chicken Barbecue to raise money for THON. Please stop and see Mrs. Henderson for your tickets this week. There will also be a sign up sheet available to sign up for Chicken Barbecue service hour.

Attention any senior who has taken or is currently taking Honors Engineering Principles. There is a scholarship award available to a graduating senior for engineering excellence. To apply, see Mrs. Miller in room 102 for a short application. Remember all applications are due back no later than Friday, April 8.

Students, there are so many college in the country, do you know how to narrow it down to the ones you should apply to? Come to College 101 Wednesday, March 30th at 6:30pm to learn about the college search process and many other aspects of applying to college.

Seniors and Juniors interested in a career in the beauty industry, Empire Beauty School is hosting a discovery day where students will be able to visit and experience classes that Empire has to offer. The event will be on March 24th from 2pm – 4pm. Pre-registration is required. For more information, please visit the counseling office to pick up a flyer!

Scrub Clubs field trip is Monday March 21. Please meet in the Central Complex at 8AM. Please see Mrs. Butterfield if you are unsure of the dress code for the trip.
