Are you planning on attending MiniTHON on April 15th? If so, please register by signing up on our donor page and paying the $20 registration fee to Mrs. Kramer or the box in the main office. This is separate from the donation page of $75. Checks can be made payable to “PMHS Student Council”, please make sure your name is indicated on the check or money.
The Post Prom Committee will be hosting a fundraiser at Ambush Paintball on Sunday April 17th and 24th. Cost to play is $40/person and tickets will be on sale during lunch on March 16th, 23rd & 30th and on April 6th,8th,13th & 15th or until all 200 tickets have been purchased. This event will be open to the middle schools as wells, so if you are interested buy your tickets early. We are also looking for a few teachers to join in on the fun so please stop by the ticket table over lunch to volunteer.
Attention any senior who has taken or is currently taking Honors Engineering Principles. There is a scholarship award available to a graduating senior for engineering excellence. To apply, see Mrs. Miller in room 102 for a short application. Remember all applications are due back no later than Friday, April 8.
An FFA officer meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22nd at 3 PM. Please plan on being there if you are an officer.
Attention Manor FFA members: Banquet Award Presentation Speeches need to be approved by an advisor by Thursday March 24. Please make arrangements to come to homeroom next week and finish them up! Banquet Practice will be held on March 29th, after school in the cafeteria. All award presenters, new officers, and current officers are expected to attend. The FFA banquet is March 31st starting at 6:30 PM. FFA members should plan to arrive in official dress by 6 PM.
Attention seniors: Prom tickets will be on sale from April 11 to 15. Prior to being able to purchase a ticket or have a ticket purchased for you, all financial obligations must be taken care of. This applies to any obligation that is for a lost book, unpaid lab fees, cafeteria charges, or laptop damages. Student obligations are listed in your student account in Sapphire. Please see an administrator if you have any questions.
Attention Need some Easter presents for your family? The Life Skills and School to Work classes will be in the cafeteria during all three lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week to sell their handmade crafts. They will have affordable presents for everyone! Please stop by and see what they have.
Tomorrow you are invited to stay after school to watch The Sandlot in room 322. Come see why Mrs. Mayo is always saying, “You’re killing me, Smalls” and enjoy a classic coming-of-age movie based around America’s pastime. Come to room 322 at 3:00 on Wednesday, March 23 for a classic movie after school.
If you are interested in being part of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) next year, please stop by room 100 and pick up an application. Completed applications are due to Mrs. Craig by April 8.
