Attention Students and faculty! It’s getting warm out again, and what’s warm weather at Penn Manor without the annual Spring Fling?! Come out to Comet Field off of 741 on Friday, May 6th from 3-9:30 and enjoy food, live performances, and games with your friends and family. This year we have many new activities including a hot dog eating contest, water slide kickball, various bounce houses and much much more! Fireworks will begin around 9:00 p.m. Be sure to tell your friends and we hope to see you at Comet Field on May 6th!
Attention all Spring Fling crew members, there will be shift signups on Monday May 2nd and Tuesday May 3rd at all lunches. Be sure to sign up, and show up for your shift. You will not receive a t-shirt otherwise.
Yearbook Distribution will take place on Thursday, May 12th during all blocks in the Distance Learning Lab located in the library. Any students who are absent or unable to pick up their yearbook that day will have the opportunity to pick up it up in the DLL during lunch on the following dates: May 16th, 17th, 18th, and 20th. We ask that students enter through the hallway doors closest to the lab so that the students working in the library are not disturbed. Students may not pick up yearbooks for siblings, relatives, friends, etc. Extra yearbooks are also available in the cafeteria during the dates listed above for anyone who wants to purchase a 2015-2016 yearbook, while supplies last. Additionally, any C.T.C student who pre-ordered a yearbook may pick it up at the reception area, before or after school until 3:00p.m., on May 12th or during the following week. All students must sign for their yearbook.
Attention NHS members: The NHS meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 28th will now be held on Wednesday, May 4th during homeroom. We will still meet in the cafeteria. Please see Mrs. Henderson or Mrs. Myers prior to the meeting if you have a conflict. Again, the meeting is Wednesday, May 4th, during homeroom.
Attention Senior Athletes: If you participated in a sport this year, you should have received an invite to the Senior Athletic Awards Social to be held on Monday, May 16th. If you did not receive an invitation, please stop in the Athletic Office to pick one up.
Anyone interested in trying out for Penn Manor Cheerleading should plan to attend the open gyms held on, Monday 5/2 and Wednesday 5/4 from 6-8pm in the Auxiliary Gym
