Penn Manor High School
Thursday, May 12, 2016, Day 1

To the graduating seniors who went to Hambright Elementary: You are invited to a Senior Reception held at the new Hambright Elementary School on Wednesday, May 25th starting at 3:45 – 5:00 p.m. Stop by to visit with fellow classmates, talk to former teachers like Mr. Southward and Mrs. Martin. Talk a tour of the school and share your future goals with each other. We hope to see you there.

Do you like poetry? Would you like to spend an entire day with thousands of other teens who love poetry as much as you do? If your answer is yes, then you’ll want to join us at the Dodge Poetry Festival next October for a fantastic day of creativity, poetry, poets, and out-of-the-box ideas. Plan to attend the organizational meeting this Thursday, May 12, from 3 – 3:30 in Mrs. Saylor’s room, room 326 or see Ms. Brady in room 207 or Mrs. Saylor in room 326 for more information.

Attention student council members…Your pretzel sandwiches are available for pick up today between 2:30 and 4pm by the west gym. Thanks for selling!

Attention juniors who still need to present their graduation project: The schedule for presentation times is now posted on the window outside of the main office. Remember, you must report to your assigned presentation time even if you do not have all of the paperwork completed. If you have any questions, see Ms. O’Connor

Attention Seniors going on the class trip. Make sure to turn in your field trip forms to Mrs. Kramer ASAP. For more info about the trip, check out the Class of 2016 Blog.

Yearbook Distribution will take place on Thursday, May 12th during all blocks in the Distance Learning Lab located in the library. Any students who are absent or unable to pick up their yearbook that day will have the opportunity to pick up it up in the DLL during lunch on the following dates: May 16th, 17th, 18th, and 20th. We ask that students enter through the hallway doors closest to the lab so that the students working in the library are not disturbed. Students may not pick up yearbooks for siblings, relatives, friends, etc. Extra yearbooks are also available in the cafeteria during the dates listed above for anyone who wants to purchase a 2015-2016 yearbook, while supplies last. Additionally, any C.T.C student who pre-ordered a yearbook may pick it up at the reception area, before or after school until 3:00p.m., on May 12th or during the following week. All students must sign for their yearbook.
