Parking passes for Seniors only will be issued on Thursday, August 7th  from 9am to 11am and Tuesday, August 12th from 1pm to 3pm in the Central Complex.

Parking passes for both Juniors and Seniors will be issued on Thursday, August 14th from 9am to 11am in the Central Complex and during all lunches on August 26th and 27th.

In order to receive a parking pass you will need:

• Valid driver’s license
• PA registration card
• Proof of insurance
• Drug screen consent form (if not already on file)
• $20 cash or check payable to Penn Manor School District (for one semester)
• You must be in good standing and not have detention hours owed, excessive absences or tardies, a financial obligation or failed classes

• Students who do not receive their laptop early will be scheduled to receive their laptops during the first week of school.
• Freshmen should submit their signed laptop agreement form to the main office by the first day of school.
• Seniors who will be attending full day CTC will not be receiving laptops.

Orientation for new students is scheduled for Tuesday, August 5 at 9:00 AM or 6:30 PM. The orientation will begin in the high school CAFETERIA with a brief introductory session. Attendees will then take part in additional sessions where academic expectations, general guidelines and counseling services will be discussed. After the sessions, attendees will be able to tour the building to locate their classrooms.  Be sure to bring your schedules with you to orientation.

This is a reminder to parents with a child or children attending school in our School District that we do not carry medical insurance on students, but do provide parents with the opportunity to select a primary excess group insurance plan for students. Student accident insurance can help you eliminate the possibility of out-of-pocket expenses, since many group insurance policies no longer pay full hospital and medical expenses and may require a deductible or co-insurance. An letter concerning the 2014-15 school year is being sent home on July 24th.  This letter will contain important information about student schedules, Keystone Exam scores, the 1:1 laptop initiative and the dates of upcoming activities.
