Open Campus Meeting (Online Classes)

Current sophomores and juniors and their parents are invited to attend a meeting on March 1 at 7:15 p.m. in the high school library to learn about Penn Manor’s Open Campus project that will provide students with an opportunity to take online classes during the 2012-13 school year.

Course Selection Night

Parents and students are encouraged to attend Course Selection Night on March 1.  The evening will begin with a meeting for incoming freshmen and their parents in the high school auditorium at 6:30 p.m.  Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with teachers from each subject area in the cafeteria at 7:00 p.m.

Dual Enrollment/Open Campus Meeting

Sophomores and juniors who are interested in taking a college class or an online class during the 2012-13 school year should plan to attend a meeting during Enrichment on Thursday, March 1 in the auditorium.

Superintendent Evaluation

Dear Member of the Penn Manor Community,

The Penn Manor School Board is once again asking each and every member of the Penn Manor community to participate in an online evaluation of the superintendent. The Survey Monkey tool is easy to use. There is also an open response area, giving participants the opportunity to communicate directly with all nine (9) School Board members. They review all scores and comments. Please take the time to respond at the site listed below.  I value the feedback that you can provide and all responses are anonymous.

Even if you do not feel you have enough interaction with me to fully evaluate my strengths/weaknesses, I would encourage you to take this opportunity to share any comment you may have about the overall impression you have of the Penn Manor School District.

Parents’ Night–Thursday, February 2, 2012

Thursday, February 2nd is our Spring Parents’ Night at the high school.  Parents’ Night will begin at 6:45 p.m. in the auditorium.  You are encouraged to attend this program, which will give you an opportunity to meet your child’s teachers.  Your son or daughter will be completing and bringing home the schedule below to assist you in finding classrooms and teachers.  Please bring this with you to Parents’ Night.  Students will be dismissed from school at 12:20 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2012.  If you should have any questions, please contact the high school office at 872-9520, ext. 1809.

Report Card Distribution

Report cards will be distributed during lunch.  Students were asked to pick up report cards today during lunch.  Report cards will also be available for pick-up on Tuesday during lunch in the cafeteria.
